INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

Collecting information from you is essential to our ability to offer quality services. As part of that process, we may collect nonpublic information about you from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on applications and other forms (manually processed data) to consider suitability;
  • Your name, address, assets, income and beneficiaries;
  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, government agencies and from your agent banks and prime brokers where applicable, and from other sources, such as information concerning credit worthiness and history, and certain information requested pursuant to US Patriot Act anti‐money laundering prevention rules and regulations.
  • Information about your transactions with us to provide the advisory services you have contracted us for;
  • Information that is used to facilitate emails so we may contact companies on your behalf and yourselves

CATEGORIES OF INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE AND TO WHOM

We do not disclose any information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. We may disclose the types of information listed below to companies that help us market our services, that perform administrative or others services on our behalf, or other financial institutions with which we now or may have joint marketing agreements. ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION

You have the right to access your personal data upon written request (email to compliance@bcmscorp.com) you may correct, amend or delete it except when prevented by law. BCMS does not provide data to third parties and may have potential liability in the case of onward transfers of Privacy Shield data to third parties. BCMS may be required to disclose an individual’s private information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

INTERNAL AND THIRD PARTY INDEPENDENT RECOURSE MECHANISMS FOR EU INDIVIDUALS

In compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles, BCMS Corporate commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information.  European Union citizens with inquiries or complaints regarding this privacy policy should first contact BCMS via email at: compliance@bcmscorp.com

BCMS Corporate LLC (“BCMS”) has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please visit http://www.bbb.org/EU-privacy-shield/for-eu-consumers for more information and to file a complaint. Under certain limited conditions, an EU individual ma invoke “last resort” binding arbitration before the Privacy Shield Panel.
