Kahlil Reid has over 15 years of corporate transactional experience. He was formerly a Managing Director and Partner with a Los Angeles-based middle-market investment bank that provided M&A and corporate finance advisory services to companies in all industries.
Kahlil began his career as an M&A and corporate finance attorney for Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York where he worked on corporate transactions for clients such as Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Merck and GE Capital. After spending several years as a corporate attorney, he transitioned into investment banking in Citigroup’s Media and Technology Investment Banking Group, where he worked on corporate transactions for AOL, Trimble Navigation, Inktomi and Cirrus Logic, among others.
