Product Compliance Specialists (PCS) sold to Kiwa

BCMS has advised the shareholders of Product Compliance Specialists (PCS) on the sale of the business to Kiwa.

PCS specialises in the international Type Approval of wireless communication, ITE and electrical and electronic domestic and commercial use products.

PCS has a long track record of assisting an international customer base with their Global Market Access requirements, managing worldwide Type Approvals for radio and electrical devices. Its value-added service provision includes International Type Approval + EU/FCC testing and certification; regulatory updates and newsletters; regulatory research; regulatory Intelligence Access and regulatory consulting.

Kiwa is an independent global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) services. The group offers laboratory, (statutory) inspection, auditing and assurance activities, supported and strengthened by (strictly separated) training, consultancy and data services. Kiwa’s customers are located in virtually all markets and in both the private and public sectors.
