
Cambridge Medical Communication sold to Prime Global
Prime Global, the international medical communications and market access group, has acquired Cambridge Medical Communication, which specialises in providing medical communication materials for diverse target audiences within the healthcare industry. BCMS acted as advisor to the shareholders of Cambridge Medical Communication during the transaction.
Founded in 1998 by Managing Director Jenny Muiry PhD, Cambridge Medical Communication services a global client base, and enjoys an international reputation for excellence. The business provides services to support any stage of a healthcare project, including project management, writing, editing, data qualification, reference verification, creative concept development and implementation.
Cambridge Medical Communication will join Prime Global’s existing group of six agencies and two consultancies. Prime Global has experienced exceptional organic growth in recent years, with the recent launch of Prime Access, a Market Access consultancy, ranking on several business growth lists such as the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 in 2018 and 2019, and being selected as consultancy growth winners of the Alantra Fast Pharma 50 in 2019 and 2020. In spring 2021, Prime Global received investment from California-based PE firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP).
