As part of Opus Agency, Number 20 will continue to provide the high level of service, with the backing and reach of a global, integrated event and experiential marketing agency.
Headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, Opus Agency is a strategic experiential marketing advisor to some of the world’s most influential brands including Microsoft and Dell. In the dynamic world of event marketing, Opus specialises in building fully integrated, highly effective teams to support clients in the execution of the most critical events and experiential campaign.
“Opus has had a global reach for years, but this acquisition formalizes our presence on the European continent,” stated Monte Wood, CEO of Opus at the time of the transaction in 2019. “We are thrilled to pursue further opportunities in the EMEA region while continuing the great tradition built by Number 20.”
Managing Director of Number 20, Phil Cairns said: “This acquisition is mutually beneficial for both Opus and Number 20. The London office will be Opus Agency’s first outside the US, and joins additional offices in Beaverton, Seattle, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, and Boston.
BCMS Assistant Director Emma Tipper commented: “We are very pleased with this deal as both companies complement each other and have similar goals. This acquisition will support Number 20’s continued rapid growth whilst assisting in Opus’ expansion. We wish both companies all the best for the future.”
