Show Data Systems sold to Jonas Software

Jonas Software, a division of TSX-listed Constellation Software Inc., has acquired Show Data Systems Ltd and Interchange Communications Ltd, a UK group of companies involved in the provision of specialist event registration and ticketing software and services.

BCMS advised the shareholders of Show Data Systems Ltd and Interchange Communications on the transaction, which completed in 2015.

Show Data Systems Ltd and Interchange Communications Ltd specialise in online and front-of-house registration software and services for consumer, trade and conference events.
