EHM sold to Bunzl plc
Bunzl plc, the specialist international distribution and services group, has acquired Eugene Harrington Marketing Ltd (EHM), one of the UK’s leading privately owned suppliers to the construction and civil engineering industries. BCMS advised the shareholders of EHM throughout the transaction, which completed in June 2023.
Established in 1996, and based in Wimbledon, London, EHM supplies contractors’ tools, protective clothing, safety equipment, consumables, and other products to construction, utilities, and rail companies across the UK. With an outstanding reputation for delivery and high-quality service, EHM carries ~4,500 lines of stock, available via its 24/48 hour UK-wide distribution service.
A preferred supplier to major infrastructure projects in the UK, EHM services a long-standing, blue-chip client base.
