Morris Brothers Wholesale sold to BWG Foods

Dublin-based BWG Foods has acquired County Donegal-based Morris Brothers Wholesale. BCMS advised the shareholders of Morris Brothers throughout the transaction, which completed in 2012.

Morris Brothers was founded in 1952 and is a family-run wholesale grocery and confectionery business. BWG, a major wholesaler in Ireland, operates a network of around 900 Spar, EuroSpar, Mace and XL stores across the Republic of Ireland and the UK.
