
Opl Group sold to Balfour Beatty
Balfour Beatty has acquired Opl Group, the award-winning design, fit-out and refurbishment company for £8m. BCMS advised the shareholders of Opl Group during the transaction.
Opl Group was founded in 1994 by Neil Laughton and Andrew Russell. At the time of the acquisition in 2011, its clients included BAA, Rolls Royce, Virgin, Transport for London, The Department of Business Innovation and Skills, and Orange.
