An active member of the BCMS Fellows community, Mike sold his Cheshire-based aerospace engineering business to a major engineering group. Here he explains his approach to selling a business (“something you’re probably only going to do once or twice in your life!”), the importance of researching the market, and why the key to a successful M&A transaction is planning well in advance.
