HL Hutchinson acquires Norman & Spicer
UK agronomy company HL Hutchinson Ltd has successfully acquired Daventry-based crop protection and feed services specialist Norman & Spicer (Agriculture) Limited. BCMS acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of Norman & Spicer.
Norman & Spicer is a privately owned family business, which has been successfully trading for over 35 years. The company provides a complete range of agronomic services, expertise and support to farmers across the Midlands, and is one of Northamptonshire’s largest horse feed and equine specialists.
