ASL Holdings Limited acquired by Halma Water Management, a division of Halma plc (LON: HLMA)
Effective March 14, 2013 – BCMS Corporate is pleased to announce the acquisition of ASL Holdings Limited, a data communications specialist in Machine to Machine (M2M) solutions within the utility sector by Halma Water Management, a division of Halma plc (LON:HLMA), an international group involved in Process Safety, Infrastructure Safety, Medical and Environmental & Analysis. The acquisition process featured international M&A specialist BCMS Corporate as the exclusive financial advisor to ASL Holdings Limited.
ASL Holdings Limited, which is headquartered in Northampton, UK is a communications solutions provider to many vertical markets majoring on the utility industry, offering innovative solutions to connect assets in the field backed with multiple back office systems. ASL Holdings Limited Solutions are tailored to fit business requirements from a portfolio of standard or bespoke hardware, SIM Provisioning and Connectivity Management products and services.

ASL will become part of UK-based HWM-Water Limited ('HWM'), which is a global leader in the manufacture of dataloggers and leak detection products for the water industry, within Halma's Environmental & Analysis sector. Existing management will remain in place.
