Our hand-picked cross-border team, shown below, has extensive Corporate Finance experience in M&A markets across the world. We are proud to employ some of the most experienced deal-makers in the industry, with previous experience in investment banking and corporate finance with organisations including Goldman Sachs, EY, PwC, Credit Suisse, Citibank, Bank of America, Rothschild, RBS and ABN Amro.
This team has advised clients on a variety of successful transactions. Recent deals include the high-profile full sale of Allworld Exhibitions to UBM plc, the sale of Health Partners International to DAI Group, and Lloyds Development Capital’s platform investment in Amberon Systems.
