Event: How to handle an offer for your business - part 1

Experience a BCMS event: Filmed in Knightsbridge, London, in 2016, ‘How to handle an offer for your business’ was one of the first BCMS expert panel events. At these roundtable workshops, a panel of business owners and M&A professionals offer guidance, insights, advice and answer many of the most common Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) associated with selling a business.

These events have proved incredibly popular, as they give business owners the chance to put their questions directly to the experts in an open, informal Q&A session. This particular session is ideally suited for business owners who have already been approached by a potential acquirer.

For this event, the panel included former business owner Andrew Sesemann, serial acquirer Doug Lingafelter, M&A lawyer Leon Arnold from Freeths, and Dave Rebbettes and Jonathan Dunn from BCMS.
