Keynote Speaker: John Bird, Baron Bird

Tackling the big issues: The cross-bench peer discusses his incredible life journey from poverty, homelessness and spells in prison, to entrepreneurship, and the establishment of a printing business. This would lead to the launch of The Big Issue magazine in 1991, now the world’s most widely circulated street newspaper. He is currently on the board of The Big Issue Group and is a founder of the International Network of Street Papers, which incorporates 100 publications, in 34 countries and 24 languages.

A hugely entertaining and inspiring speaker, Lord Bird will also take your questions in an open Q&A session.
