With a focus on larger, more complex transactions, the international BCMS Corporate Finance team is dedicated to offering business owners independent advice on their growth and exit strategies. This includes – but is not limited to – full company sales, partial share sales, Private Equity funding, MBOs, MBIs, and growth capital funding.
Our hand-picked cross-border team, shown below, has extensive Corporate Finance experience in M&A markets across the world. We are proud to employ some of the most experienced deal-makers in the industry, with previous experience in investment banking and corporate finance with organisations including Goldman Sachs, EY, PwC, Credit Suisse, Citibank, Bank of America, Rothschild, RBS and ABN Amro.
This team has advised clients on a variety of successful transactions. Recent deals include the high-profile full sale of Allworld Exhibitions to UBM plc, the sale of Health Partners International to DAI Group, and Lloyds Development Capital’s platform investment in Amberon Systems.
Understanding your options
Our approach is tailored entirely to you and your business. While a full sale is a preferred option for some BCMS clients, others are keen to stay with their companies in the medium or long-term, but wish to de-risk or raise growth capital. In these situations, we help our clients to understand and assess all the options available to them. We then support our clients to find the right commercial partner, to enable them to build and grow their business, and take full advantage of opportunities in the marketplace.
Whether you are seeking a full exit, growth capital, partial sale or simply wish discuss your available options, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
