Marco Cable Management was advised by BCMS, with legal advice from Freeths. Terms of the sale are undisclosed.

BCMS Lead Advisor Alan Southcombe commented: “We generated strong market interest for Marco to give the shareholders as many options as possible. Atkore was keen from the outset, and as the negotiations progressed, it became clear that Marco joining the Atkore family would unlock the meaningful market potential for both parties. We wish them both well on the next chapter of their journey.”
