Intus Healthcare acquired by Baywater Healthcare
Intus Healthcare has been acquired by Baywater Healthcare in a transaction advised by BCMS.
Intus, founded over 10 years ago in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, is one of the UK’s leading online suppliers of therapeutic products for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea, selling to both private patients and the NHS.

Acquired by French healthcare specialist Bastide Groupe in January 2018, Crewe-based Baywater Healthcare supports over 26,000 patients across the UK, supplying a range of respiratory therapies and associated services.
Intus was advised by BCMS, with legal advice from Continuum Corporate Lawyers. The terms and value of the transaction remain undisclosed.
