Indigo Telecom Group acquires BELCOM247

UK data centre and connectivity specialist Belcom 247 (Belcom UK Ltd) has been acquired by Indigo Telecom Group Ltd. Belcom was advised by BCMS.

Indigo Telecom Group is a leading provider of multi-vendor managed and project services to top telecom network operators, equipment vendors, multinational corporations and government clients.

Belcom247 is a trusted specialist provider of field engineering and datacentre connectivity solutions worldwide – providing network installation and maintenance services to many datacentres across Europe and Asia. Founded in London in 2005, Belcom has built an enviable customer base of telecoms service providers, datacentre operators, and global enterprises.

The deal brings together two trusted and experienced providers of remote managed services, and expands their capabilities on a global basis.

Indigo was supported on this transaction by HSBC, YFM Equity Partners and Maven Capital Partners. Belcom247’s shareholders were advised by BCMS, with legal support from Freeths LLP.
