Indigo Telecom Group acquires BELCOM247
UK data centre and connectivity specialist Belcom 247 (Belcom UK Ltd) has been acquired by Indigo Telecom Group Ltd. Belcom was advised by BCMS.
Indigo Telecom Group is a leading provider of multi-vendor managed and project services to top telecom network operators, equipment vendors, multinational corporations and government clients.
The deal brings together two trusted and experienced providers of remote managed services, and expands their capabilities on a global basis.
