EntrustIT acquires computer consultancy company Serval Systems
IT service provider entrustIT has acquired Serval Systems, in a recent deal advised by M&A advisor Kingsbrook, part of the BCMS group of companies.
Headquartered in East Grinstead, Serval Systems offer a variety of high-quality IT services and IT solutions to a wide range of customers in Sussex, Kent and Surrey. Serval Systems can tailor for clients of all sizes, from growing enterprises to corporate operations requiring global IT support.
The company offer IT services including business security, IT network support, data replication & business continuity, to assist in organisations IT upgrades. Over the years, Serval Systems has partnered with a range of leading vendors, such as IBM, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, Dell/Wyse and Avaya. By partnering with these vendors, Serval Systems can stay informed of the best available technologies and therefore provide customers with in-depth product knowledge.
Established in the UK in 2006, entrustIT empowers businesses by leveraging the latest technology and assisting companies in all industry sectors. The company has grown organically and through acquisition; acquiring MLJ Creative Technology, Extrasys and Tiva IT Solutions as well as opening an office in Boston, USA.
Serval Systems Managing Director Richard Baker said: “We are very pleased with this deal completion. The three shareholders and I came into the sales process looking for a trade sale which would allow two of us to exit while I stay on and continue working for a few years. BCMS advised Serval Systems with legal advice from Mackrell. The price and terms of the deal are undisclosed.
