Nick has successfully advised shareholders on business sale transactions within the logistics, software, SaaS, compliance, OTT Streaming, contract catering, MedComms, marketing and home furnishings sectors. He joined BCMS in 2010, and his extensive experience includes helping clients sell to domestic and overseas trade acquirers, multinational corporations, private equity firms and high-net worth private investors.

Nick hails from South Africa and emigrated to the UK in 2006. Prior to BCMS, Nick advised independent boutique hotel and restaurant owners and restaurant groups (SA and UK) providing strategic, operational, and financial advisory services, overseeing their buy-and-build growth strategy and sustainability.
