Mark has been CEO or COO of a number of businesses across the telecoms, fintech, airline and marketing agency sectors. He has direct experience of being involved in over twenty acquisitions and sale processes. In the last few years, he has worked with investors to prepare organisations for a sale process or integrate acquisitions for growth.
Before his recent work with investors, he was a Director at Vodafone where he started as Marketing Director before going on to run Vodafone’s consumer business, then enterprise business, eventually being appointed COO. Mark also spent a number of years as Strategy Director where he was responsible for all M&A activity.
