A crucial part of the marketing team and a first point of contact for many BCMS clients, Liz is a highly experienced communications and customer services professional, responsible for liaising with business owners across multiple sectors. She has particular focus on supporting the BCMS events programme, including dinner events, networking events and a growing number of online sessions.
Prior to joining BCMS in 2016, Liz was an Account Director at the Institute of Customer Service, promoting best customer service practices amongst ICS members (typically FTSE 350 organisations). Before that, Liz worked at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, managing a portfolio of domestic & global IT customers and accredited training partners. She also ran her own business for six years – a fact which certainly helps her connect with BCMS’ highly entrepreneurial client base.
