Jeremy has many years of international M&A experience across a range of industry sectors and provides lead M&A advice on BCMS’ larger, more complex transactions.

A qualified accountant, Jeremy joined BCMS in 2019 from PwC Corporate Finance, where he advised the stakeholders of both corporates and financial sponsors on a range of M&A assignments. These included acquisitions, market-entry strategies, disposals, strategic options reviews, complex carve-out situations, and various forms of finance raising.

He also established and led PwC’s corporate finance activities in the Mekong region of South East Asia. Returning to the UK, Jeremy led PwC’s business development efforts across its offices in the South East.
